  • Train smarter, not harder. After 10 years of Bodybuilding I know exactly what to do and what to avoid. I will teach you all I know. You will get my knowledge and experience in 18 short weeks. Just imagine the gains you will make when you have all my knowledge at your disposal.
  • You will go through Phases 1 and 2, each lasting 9 weeks. Just do what I teach you and you will get hoe-ready in no time.
  • In Phase 1, we will assess your current situation and determine your goal. Then we'll calculate your starting calories and macros. These will get you started immediately. Later in Phase 1, you will learn how to adapt your macros in certain time intervals to stay on track. But by cutting too long you will definitely lose muscle, leaving you the choice between muscle loss and being fat. Imagine giving it your all in the gym for months, only to lose all those gains again, setting you back for months. Also getting a too high bodyfat percentage will mess with your hormones. Avoid this situation at all cost!
  • You will know exactly if you should be bulking, cutting, or maintaining right now and at any given time. No more guesswork.
  • I'll give you a formula to calculate for how long you should bulk. You shouldn't bulk too long, otherwise you need to cut down too much - which will cost you muscle and be a pain in the ass. Also you don't want to bulk too short coz then you leave your potential untapped.

  • The 4 things you need to get your training right. The 2nd one will surprise you coz most people don't think of it. And the 4th one is a simple rule to follow.
  • A simple yet effective method to know if you're on the right track with your training, and to know if you should adapt your training or your nutrition. If you ignore this, you could be working your ass off in the gym for YEARS - WITHOUT making any gains. This is any Bodybuilder's nightmare. Don't let that happen to you, bro.
  • When you should do cardio and when you should avoid cardio at all cost. If you do this wrong, you could ruin your gains and lose muscle although you're bulking. But do this right and you'll boost fatloss and your gains.
